To cultivate a community that offers worship to God through surrendered lives (ALTAR) and transformed hearts (ALTER).
Our Vision
Our vision is to impact generations through Christ-centered creativity. Whether through dance, worship events, studio spaces, or community gatherings, ALTAER aims to create environments where people feel seen, inspired, and drawn closer to Jesus. As we continue to expand, our prayer is to be ambassadors of God’s love and light within the creative community and beyond.
Our Story
In 2024, the vision for ALTAER was born with the passion to create an event that would bring believers together to use their gifts and talents for God.
In May of that year, ALTAER Events hosted its very first gathering: ALTAER Preview Night. Local Christian dance ministries gathered for a time of worship and intentional fellowship, and on this night, ALTAER Dance Collective was born.
In 2025, ALTAER hosted its first annual ALTAER Worship Night, inviting more than 1,000 people to worship, hear and respond to the gospel, and dance as one body of Christ.
Today, ALTAER is home to a growing creative community dedicated to glorifying Jesus through worship, dance, events, and intentional creative experiences. Through ALTAER Events, ALTAER Dance Collective, and ALTAER Studio, we continue creating spaces where people can encounter God, discover purpose, and build authentic community through creativity and faith.
What We Stand For

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who came to earth, lived a perfect life, and died on the cross for our sins. Through His sacrifice and resurrection, we are offered forgiveness, redemption, and eternal life. We believe that true worship flows from surrendered lives transformed by His love and grace, and that every gift and talent we have is meant to glorify Him.

Humility - We recognize that everything comes from God, and we seek to glorify Him rather than ourselves in all that we do.
Community - We build meaningful relationships that encourage, uplift, and unite the body of Christ as one family.
Servanthood - We model the love of Christ by putting others before ourselves and serving with willing hearts.
Excellency - We give our very best in dance, events, and worship, offering quality and dedication as an act of honor to God.
Boldness in Faith - We are unashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe in courageously sharing our faith through both words and actions in creative spaces.

We approach every event, rehearsal, performance, and collaboration with intention. Nothing we do is random. We are prayerful, purpose-driven, and committed to creating experiences that carry meaning beyond the stage.

We lead with servanthood, prayer, and humility. Leadership in Altaer is not about position, but about responsibility, love for people, and stewardship of what God has entrusted to us.

Our prayer is that ALTAER would always remain rooted in Jesus Christ and led by the Holy Spirit in everything we do. We pray that every dance, event, rehearsal, and creative expression would carry the presence of God and point people back to Him.
We ask that ALTAER would be a place of transformation, where hearts are healed, faith is strengthened, and people encounter the love of Jesus in a real and personal way. As we grow, our prayer is not for platform or recognition, but for lives to be changed and God to be glorified through every step of this journey.
