Many spaces and teams are filled with expression, yet lack depth; where people can move, create, and be seen, but still feel disconnected from lasting purpose

Without purpose, creativity loses its eternal weight

What We Do

ALTAER exists to be a light in the spaces we step into, carrying the presence of Jesus as His ambassadors through creativity, movement, and community. Through our studio, events, and dance collective, we create intentional environments where creativity is rooted in purpose and people are invited to encounter Him.

Our Mission

ALTAER is a dance and events Christian organization, and we seek to cultivate a community that offers worship to God through surrendered lives (ALTAR) and transformed hearts (ALTER). A Living Sacrifice (Romans 12: 1-2) "[1] I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. [2] Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

  • ALTAER Dance Collective hosts annual dance auditions for dancers and worshippers who want to grow in creativity, community, and purpose through Christ-centered dance ministry. We are currently preparing for Season 2 of ALTAER Dance Collective.

    Our next audition workshop is projected to take place in August 2026 in Garden Grove, California. Please note that auditions are currently open to individuals ages 18 and older only. Stay connected through our newsletter and social media platforms for official audition announcements, registration details, and updates.

  • ALTAER Studio offers affordable dance studio rentals in Orange County, California (Buena Park) for rehearsals, creative projects, choreography sessions, worship practices, and content creation. Each booking session is 1.5 hours.

    Studio Rental Rates

    Weekdays

    • Before 5 PM — $30 per session

    • After 5 PM — $35 per session

    Weekends

    • Before 5 PM — $35 per session

    • After 5 PM — $40 per session

    Studio Payment Information

    We currently accept payments through:

    • Venmo: @altaercollective

    A 100% deposit is required to secure your booking slot. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time, and rescheduling will not be permitted within that period.

    Guests are responsible for leaving the studio on time with the lights and AC turned off and the front door securely locked after use.

  • The next ALTAER Worship Night is currently projected to take place in Spring 2027. ALTAER Worship Nights are designed to create powerful spaces where people can encounter Jesus through worship, dance, creativity, and community.
